Bookings

All appointments have a non-refundable £10 deposit.

If you are unable to attend your appointment please cancel by emailing lashedbydaisy@hotmail.com.

If you fail to cancel you will be at risk of being unable to book any further appointments.

Cancellations can be made no longer than 48 hours prior to your appointment, a cancellation fee will be applied.

LATE FEES APPLY

5-10minutes late is an extra £5 on top of your service price

10minutes onwards is an extra £10

20minutes late your appointment will be cancelled the deposit will be lost and a cancelation fee applied. please give your self enough time to travel.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please come without mascara/eye make up free.
Avoid putting on make up as it contain oils so the lash placement can be very difficult and cause a greater fall out.
Please bring cash only, you may be asked to withdraw the money before starting your lash appointment.
No friends or family.

I DO NO WORK ON OTHER TECHS WORK, YOU WILL OFFERED A REMOVAL AND A NEW SET.

After care is told at your initial eyelash appointment, please note if there is any problems with your lashes (example mass full out), please notify me as soon as possible after 2 days this is then out of my control any further treatments will resort in a fee.

PLEASE READ POLICY:

If you have any allergies please book a patch test two days prior to your Appointment.

20minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged in full, please give your self enough time to travel.

After care is told at your initial eyelash appointment,

please note if there is any problems with your lashes (example mass full out or any concern about the set),

please notify me as soon as possible within 48 hours as after 2 days this is then out of my control any further treatments will resort in a fee. Once you have notified me make sure the next 3 days you are free for me to schedule you in. Please note there are NO REFUNDS!

CANCELATION

There is a 48hour notice period to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note you can only reschedule the once.

If you cancel 1 day before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service you have booked for, if you cancel on the day of your appointment you will be charged the FULL price of the service you have booked for.

If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to notify me you will be charged the FULL price and immediately blacklisted.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too!

If you book on your birthday week you'll receive 10% off, Must show valid ID.

Students discount 10% off must show valid Student ID card.
