Please note there is a £50 NON REFUNDABLE deposit which is required to secure the date and time you would like to book, this will then be deducted from your total amount on the day. 

The rest of the remaining balance should be paid in CASH on the day unless stated otherwise.

 

There is a 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Failed to notify us, will resort on your deposit being retained, and you will be immediately blacklisted from making any future bookings. If you cancel your appointment and inform us less than 48 hours this will also resort on the deposit being retained.

You can reschedule the once using the same deposit, please ensure you inform us 48+ hours before.

All courses will be held in West Hampstead.

The lash mapping course is done online or in west Hampstead, purely down to your preference.

 

If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, we are unable to re-use that time for other clients, This is why it is important to comply with our policy. We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
